Day by day
Day 1: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth NP
Depart Kampala/Entebbe at 7:00 AM (7–8 hrs). Arrive late afternoon and check into lodge. Relax, dinner, and prep for next day.
Day 2: Game Drive & Kazinga Channel Cruise
6:30 AM sunrise game drive in Kasenyi Plains (lions, leopards, kob, buffalo, elephant). 2:00 PM Kazinga Channel cruise with hippos, crocs, elephants, buffalo, and rich birdlife. Return to lodge for dinner.
Day 3: Transfer to Bwindi (via Ishasha Sector)
Drive through Ishasha for tree-climbing lions. Stop at the Equator for photos. Lunch in Mbarara. Arrive at Bwindi area around 3:00 PM. Evening briefing and dinner.
Day 4: Gorilla Trekking & Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi
7:30 AM briefing, then gorilla trek (2–8 hrs). One hour with the gorillas. 3:00 PM transfer to Lake Bunyonyi. Check-in and lakeside relaxation at 5:00 PM.
Day 5: Lake Bunyonyi & Transfer to Lake Mburo
8:00 AM relaxed lakeside breakfast. 9:30 AM canoe trip to islands (including Punishment Island). 11:00 AM depart for Lake Mburo (3–4 hrs). Evening game drive.
Day 6: Lake Mburo Walking Safari & Departure
6:30 AM guided bush walk (zebras, impala, giraffes). 9:00 AM breakfast and checkout. Depart for Kampala/Entebbe (4–5 hrs).
