Day by day
Day 1: Arrival at Lake Mburo National Park
Drive from Kampala to Lake Mburo. Afternoon game drive with wildlife sightings: zebras, impalas, giraffes, buffalo, eland. Sundowner and dinner at Mihingo Lodge or Arcadia Cottages.
Day 2: Walking Safari & Evening Game Drive
Early walking safari with ranger. Afternoon game drive in southern sector: buffalo herds, zebras, giraffes, topis. Optional night safari for nocturnal animals.
Day 3: Journey to Lake Bunyonyi
Drive to Lake Bunyonyi. Check-in at Lake Bunyonyi Overland Resort or similar. Afternoon relaxation, canoe ride, nature walk, or hills hike.
Day 4: Travel to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
Scenic drive to Bwindi. Gorilla trekking briefing after arrival. Dinner and overnight at Silverback Lodge or Gorilla Safari Lodge.
Day 5: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi
Early trek, 1-hour encounter with mountain gorillas. Afternoon rest or Batwa cultural visit. Celebration dinner.
Day 6: Return to Kampala / Entebbe
Drive back to Kampala or Entebbe (8–9 hours). Scenic countryside views. Lunch en route. Airport drop-off.
