Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary
Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary sits between Kampala and Murchison Falls. It was set up to reintroduce southern white rhinos to Uganda, and rangers now lead visitors on foot to the animals.
The tracking is on foot, at a short distance, with a ranger. It is usually a stop of a few hours on the way north.
